Day
Activity
Explanation
Monday
12 minute cardio and Health
Students run for 12 minutes as fast and as far as possible. The key is to only improve trying to meet and improve on set fitness goals. After 12 minute cardio the students will partake in a Health orientated lesson.
Tuesday
Group Fitness
This is group fitness day focusing on classes and activites that a student can partake in with club classes or home videos. These include activities such as Tae Bo, Step Aerobics, Body Pump, Yoga, Pilates and Circuit Training.
Wednesday
12 minute cardio and Health
Students run for 12 minutes as fast and as far as possible. The key is to only improve trying to meet and improve on set fitness goals. After 12 minute cardio the students will partake in a Health orientated lesson
Thursday
Sports Unit
These are days targeted towards skill development on team and individual activites such as basketball, ultimate frisbee, disc golf, pickleball,archery and olympics.
Friday
Sports Unit
These are days targeted towards skill development on team and individual activites such as basketball, ultimate frisbee, disc golf, pickleball,archery and olympics.
