It is important to remember that many things make up overall health and wellness. It is important that we follow the food guide pyramid when making healthy nutritional choices. However, it is just as important to remember that physical activity is important and that we choose quality physical activity for 30-60 minutes a day to insure we are physically fit. A good guide to use is the physical activity pyramid such as the one below.
